Our BootCamps classes are a great way to build strength, stamina, and increase energy. Classes range from HIIT style classes, Tabata, and circuit training. Using a range of equipment from free weights, TRX, Plyo Boxes, and Chin up bars, we make sure you leave feeling stronger and faster than when you came in.

Nicole Stratychuk (or Lil' Nic) is a certified STRONG instructor. This is not your usual Zumba class. This combines High Intensive workouts using pushups, lunges, and squats with a awesome soundtrack to match the workouts. Come try something different!

Whether you have never taken a martial arts, striking, or self defence class, or you are in Martial Arts and just want to hone in on your striking skills, this class is for you.
Need to relieve some stress? Come hit something! If you are new, we teach you basic punching, kicking, elbows and knees to let you release some of that unneeded stress and have a lot of fun.
